Our diamond jewelry is made using the highest quality materials and is rigorously inspected before shipment. Once it is in your hands, feel free to have it professionally cleaned and inspected. Most jewelry stores will carry out these inspection services for free, including steam cleaning your ring and inspecting the prongs for tightness so that the diamond does not come out. Or you can clean the jewelry item yourself. All you need is jewelry cleaner liquid or simply a toothbrush and warm soapy water.

We sell items with the promise that they do not have any manufacturing defects at the time they are sent to customers. If there is any problem whatsoever, it can be returned to our offices for inspection. If there is a structural fault, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. However, if the damage is caused by normal wear and tear, then we will carry out a repair at cost price. Jewelry can also be returned to us for free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning for the lifetime of your fine jewelry.
